Congratulations to Mandy Scarpulla, winner of the 2020-2021 Trust-Based Observations training! Craig visited Mandy and Franklin HS in Meadville, MS in December, and by all accounts the week was a huge success. Quoting Mandy,
“The response from the teachers was overwhelmingly positive. The fact that teachers were ASKING for us to visit their classrooms speaks volumes.”
“I can still see an instant positive reaction from all (naturally).”
“I can already see tangible improvements….you left an impact in little ole Meadville, MS!”
“Almost two months using the process, teachers are happier and their instruction ‘tool boxes’ are growing.”
